Cacao Circle & Community Integration

Join for a gathering with the beautiful plant ally, Cacao. Cacao is a gentle heart expander, activating self-love, community connection and creative flow.
Together we will share an elixir of ceremonial grade cacao from Peru infused with herbs and spices.
The experience will be a flow of sharing in circle and working with the energy of cacao through a guided meditative journey with soothing sounds and gentle movement. Our facilitator will also hold space for a time of integration and sharing.
As a group we will co-create an offering to Mother Earth in thanks for the abundance and nurturing she offers us
What you can expect:

~ A guided meditation to connect to the spirit, or essence, of cacao
~ Beautiful sounds and music to flow and connect with your creative essence
~ Co-creating an intentional offering to the Earth
