Join Kat for a grounding and heart opening session with cacao. We will share a special ceremonial drinking cacao from South America. Cacao activates a sense of warmth and contentment, creating a harmonious the and joyful connection with self and others. We will touch on the origins of this gentle plant ally and journey into connection with with the spirit - or energy - of the cacao through a guided meditation, gentle movement, and music.

Join us for a sacred evening of harmony and renewal as we gather under the waning crescent moon, just before the New Moon and Autumn Equinox. Together we’ll honor this threshold of balance and rebirth with:

* Tea Ceremony – opening the heart with sacred plant medicine
* Sound Bath – crystal bowls, chimes & healing vibrations
The Fall Equinox calls us to balance light and dark, and the approaching New Moon invites us to plant seeds of fresh possibility.
