An experience syncing movement with rhythm. Finding freedom, strength, and flow as you explore breath and sound. Presley will guide a class with creative sequences, uplifting energy, and a full-body reset… leave grounded, yet elevated.
Scott Welch of 222 Events will curate a memorable music experience. Featuring ambient to high BPM, tapping into varied levels of sonic frequencies, rhythms, cultures and energies, woven together in an intentional yet live tapestry of sound.
Complimentary coffee is also being provided for your morning enjoyment. A batch of Jedidiah’s in house roasted drip coffee available for attendees to enjoy.

Join Summer Meek for a meditative Tea Ceremony and Intention-Setting Ritual to honor the Winter Solstice—a sacred threshold inviting stillness, reflection, and renewal.
Together we will create personal intention bundles to place on your altar or in a meaningful space at home— a timeless reminder of your visions for the season ahead.
All supplies will be provided. You’re welcome to bring any personal treasures to include in your bundle.
