A Book Potluck + Picnic
Thursday, September 10
5:30pm-7pm
September Book Selection: All in This Together
For our September circle, we’ll be reading Jack Kornfield’s All in This Together, a collection of stories, reflections, and teachings about compassion, connection, presence, and what it means to meet life with an open heart.
It feels like a particularly meaningful book for this month as we celebrate the community and connection that have grown through Book Circle over the past two years.
A Book Potluck + Picnic:
To celebrate our Second Anniversary, we’re doing something a little different: a Book Potluck + Picnic.
Instead of bringing a dish to share, you’re invited to bring something that has nourished you from one of the books we’ve shared over the past two years. It might be a passage that stayed with you, an idea that changed the way you see something, a story that touched you, or a practice you carried into your own life. Or, you might bring a favorite story, teaching, or meditation from All in This Together. And if you have something of your own you’d like to share, a piece you’ve written or a story from your life would be wonderful too.
We’ll gather picnic-style, share what we’ve brought, and celebrate two years of thoughtful books, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection. And as always, you don’t need to have read the book, or even have attended Book Circle before, to join us. Come simply to listen, share, and enjoy the conversation and community.
We really are all in this together. Book Circle is free to our monthly members. To join us: Sign up Here
The Sacred Shift
A Women’s Circle & Soundbath
Saturday, September 19

A Women’s Circle & Sound Bath for
Release, Reconnection & Renewal
There is something so beautiful about the changing of seasons. A reminder that we aren’t meant to stay the same forever. A part of you is ready to let go. Of the heaviness. The old stories. The things you’ve been carrying that no longer feel like yours to hold.
And maybe another part of you is quietly asking… what’s next for me?
As the seasons begin to change, we’re gathering for an evening to honor the shifts happening within us, too.
To slow down. To breathe. To reconnect with ourselves and with other women. Through sharing in circle, connection, a beautiful release ritual, intention setting, and a deeply healing sound bath, we’ll create space to soften into this next season of our lives.

Inner Steadiness
Sunday, September 27
3pm-6pm
Join us for a nourishing immersion designed to help you reconnect with the steady, aware presence that exists beneath the busyness of the mind. Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, time in nature, mindful movement, and a restorative sound meditation, we'll explore how cultivating presence can help us meet life's inevitable highs and lows with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, this gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover that peace isn't dependent on everything going according to plan. Often, it begins by learning how to meet each moment with openness, curiosity, and compassion.

Monthly Cha Dao Tea Ceremony & Circle 🍃
On the last Monday of each month, we’ll gather for an hour to simply pause.
A space to step away from the noise, sit in stillness, and reconnect — to yourself, to nature, and to community.
We’ll begin with a short guided meditation accompanied by the vibrations of an alchemy sound bowl, then move into a traditional Cha Dao tea ceremony, sharing tea together in silence and presence.
We’ll close in circle with space to share, connect, and gently set an intention for the month ahead.
A slow, grounding way to begin your day — rooted in presence, connection, and the wisdom of tea. Register here: Join Us
