Reiki with Horses
An invitation to remember your divine light

Horses are the most beautiful mirrors, holding space for us in a gentle, quiet, yet powerful way. They meet us exactly where we are — helping us with patience and gentleness. It is a quiet stillness where they lead you into their field of energy that is profoundly healing and loving.

When we pair the ancient practice of Reiki with the quiet intelligence of these animals, something extraordinary happens. The nervous system softens. The heart opens. The body remembers how to be still.

This is not a riding experience. This is a sacred, ground-based journey for anyone ready to reconnect with the magic they were born with.

What to expect

Sessions are held outdoors at our Laguna Beach Yoga “On The Farm” experience, in the company of horses chosen for this work. You'll be guided through grounding and breath, invited into stillness, and held in private Reiki as the horses offer their own quiet medicine. Wear comfortable layers and closed-toe shoes. Come open. Leave lighter.
