Join Carolyn Long in this workshop where you will learn and practice “the art of presence.” Discussion on Kundalini, sushumna nadi, ida, pingala and how this relates to chakras.
You will leave this workshop with a newfound understanding of your energy/light/aura body and come back to your mat with a deeper love, compassion and relationship with your highest Self.
